Kenneth K. C. Ing

Kenneth Ing is a partner of Clark Wilson LLP and Chair of its Immigration Practice Group.

Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Mr. Ing deals exclusively with business immigration and real estate matters involving international and domestic interests in the United Kingdom as well as Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific Region.

He has been a guest lecturer for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia on many occasions and has also lectured for the International Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, Canadian Institute, Vancouver Board of Trade, Asia Pacific Institute, Insight Educational Services and Pacific Business & Law Institute. Kenneth was the co-author of the Immigration Law chapter of the 1997-2000 editions of the Annual Review of Law and Practice, which is published annually by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.

He was named as one of the leading practitioners in Immigration Law in Western Canada in the Canadian Legal LEXPERT Directory.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from The University of British Columbia.

Representative Work

All aspects of business immigration, including temporary business visas under NAFTA, GATS and Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, investor, provincial nominee and entrepreneur permanent resident categories and citizenship.

Condominium development, including land acquisitions, disclosure statements and sale and purchase of multiple strata lots.
