Steve is co-author of Immigration
Law and Procedure, a 20-volume immigration law treatise
that is considered the standard reference work in the
field. He also teaches at Cornell Law School and practices
at Miller Mayer, LLP. He is also listed in Who's Who
in America and An International Who's Who of Corporate
Immigration Lawyers, where his is listed as one of the
best immigration lawyers in the world.
Because of his prominence in immigration
law, Steve is frequently quoted in the media. He has
also testified before Congress on immigration issues.
Stephen also co-authors a bi-monthly immigration column
for the New York Law Journal. He is the 2001 recipient
of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)’s
Elmer Fried Award for Excellence in Teaching and the
2004 recipient of AILA's Edith Lowenstein Award for
Excellence in the Practice of Immigration Law.
