As the founder of Grzeca Law Group, a corporate immigration firm celebrating its 30-year anniversary in 2025, Jerry has spent decades helping companies navigate complex immigration challenges. His work is grounded in the understanding that behind every case—whether involving a global executive or a seasonal worker—is a broader impact on people, families, and businesses.

Jerry has been deeply involved in shaping the practice of immigration law through his longstanding leadership with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). A member for over 35 years, he currently serves as Chair of AILA’s Rule of Law Taskforce and has previously held numerous leadership roles, including Director on the Board of Governors and participation in key liaison and committee efforts.

He is a frequent speaker and author on business immigration topics and is widely respected for his steady, solutions-oriented approach. In recognition of his leadership and service, Jerry has twice received the AILA President’s Commendation for Outstanding Leadership.
