María Elena Abraham G’s Story

Maria Elena specializes in immigration matters and has 26 years of experience in strategic immigration planning for employees of multinational companies doing business in Mexico. She also works closely with clients to help them achieve and maintain compliance with laws and regulations before the National Immigration Institute (INM). She performs pro-bono work for various civil society institutions and has participated as a panelist in various national and international Webinars. Maria Elena is the Pro Bono Coordinator at her firm.

She earned her law degree from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, Mexico.

María Elena is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), member of Abogadas MX, Legal Partner of the Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados (ACNUR) and Academic Coordinator of the Migration Law Committee of the Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa (ANADE).
